The surveys I supervised and carried out as project leader at ZHAW took place in 2007, 2009, and 2011.
Description
Who is the audience (age, education, gender, origin, etc)?
How satisfied is the audience in terms of communication and service?
How does the audience behave (information behavior, whereabouts, expenses in the city)?
How did the audience perceive the sponsors of the festival?
What suggestions for improvement does the audience have (dialogue!)?
The online survey collects information about the audience profile, their visitor satisfaction, the perception of the audience award, the awareness of the main sponsors, attendance at accompanying events, advertising channels, visiting hours, visitor loyalty, use of information media, visitor motivation,, and return on investment for the city of Solothurn. This data creates the information basis for targeted audience development.
