In recent years, digital tools and communication possibilities have opened up new opportunities for the practice of fundraising management. The course "Digital Relationship Management" focuses on the possibilities of using digital means and tools to establish and maintain contacts, to look after interested parties and members, and to generate donations (online fundraising). The workshop will foster tailor-made approaches taking into account museum-specific requirements and possibilities.
The course is part of the ICOM Switzerland course programme and is held in german language.
