News from EURAM 23

The EURAM 23 conference with the annual theme "Changing Business for Good" in sunny Dublin at the renowned Trinity College ended a few days ago.

It was a pleasure to present research done jointly with Loots Ellen and Marek Prokupek on the cultural actions under the EU Recovery and Resilience Facility; centerpiece of the NextGenerationEU program, which also gives impetus to the cultural and creative industries for the digital and green transformation.

Days has been busy chairing the track “Transformations of and through Creative Industries” at SIG Entrepreneurship (SIG 03-12) with Loots Ellen, Elmar Konrad, Valeria Morea and Erik Gustafsson. I really enjoyed our teamwork.

During these days I felt the community of epistemic cultural entrepreneurship grow stronger, filled with interesting research, inspiring discussions and professional feedback. Also from my side a big thank you to all 12 moderators: Thomas Paris, Tammi Murphy, Ian Fillis, Roderick Udo, Lex van Teeffelen, Florian Koch, Malyn Harryson, Jessica Näsholm, Erik Gustafsson, Katja Lindqvist, Carolina Dalla Chiesa, Marek Prokupek, Xênia L'amour, Campos Oliveira and Angelo Riviezzo.

Oh, and we're so proud of our winner!! "The Spark that Ignites the Whole: A Case-study on Aggregation Processes of Individual Ambidexterity Within Entrepreneurial Teams in the Creative Industries" was selected from more than 1000 papers as the BEST for the EURAM Best Paper Award! This shows us that our research area is relevant and contributing. Congratulations to Florian Koch, Elmar Konrad and Alexander Kock!
